In recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) this October, “Disability: Part of the Equity Equation”, NeuroTalent Works is hosting two virtual events for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) and employers in California. These events are designed to educate SMB owners about how they can access up to $200,000 in EmployABILITY business grants from the California Department of Rehabilitation to advance autism and neurodiversity inclusion training and employment.

By joining these events, SMB attendees will learn about this new $10 million business incentive program, including eligibility criteria, application deadlines, and what the funding can be used for. Attendees will also learn what neurodiversity is (a diversity of minds), how neurodiversity benefits businesses and society, and how they can be more inclusive leaders, employers friends, and colleagues to individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental distinctions (neurodistinctions).
